# Glossary

To help you understand the terminology used throughout the documentation:

* **STRK**: The native token of the Starknet
* **xSTRK**: Endur's liquid staking token representing staked STRK
* **xyBTC**: xyBTC refers to Endur's family of Bitcoin Liquid staking tokens (LSTs), where 'x' is Endur's prefix and 'y' represents different Bitcoin variants. Examples include xWBTC, xtBTC, xLBTC, and xsBTC
* xWBTC: Endur's liquid staking token representing staked WBTC
* xtBTC: Endur's liquid staking token representing staked tBTC (threshold network)
* xLBTC: Endur's liquid staking token representing staked LBTC (Lombard)
* xsBTC: Endur's liquid staking token representing staked SolvBTC
* **LST**: Liquid Staking Token
* **DeFi**: Decentralized Finance
* **Validator**: An entity responsible for validating transactions on the Starknet network
* **Staking**: The process of locking up tokens to support network operations. This is usually done to decentralise the network and ensure the economic cost of attacking the network is high.&#x20;
